Adjourned is built to know as little as possible. This page describes everything the app touches.

Your calendar

With your permission, Adjourned reads recurring events from your calendar to list your standing meetings. This reading happens entirely on your device. Calendar data is never stored by the app beyond each meeting's name and the hours and estimated cost the app works out, never transmitted to us, and never shared with anyone. Adjourned never writes to your calendar. Calendar access is optional; the app works fully with manually entered meetings.

Your decisions

The reviews and decisions you record are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, synced through your private iCloud database so they follow you across your devices. That data belongs to your Apple ID; we cannot read it.

Widgets, Siri, and Spotlight

To show your numbers in widgets, answer Siri, and make meetings searchable in Spotlight, Adjourned keeps a small summary on your device: your weekly hours, estimated costs, and the names of your counted meetings. It stays on your device, in space shared only between the app and its widgets, and in your device's own Spotlight index. Meetings you exclude or mark as not a meeting are removed from Spotlight.

Exports

When you export your review history, Adjourned creates a spreadsheet file on your device and hands it to the share sheet. It goes only where you send it.

What we collect

Nothing. Adjourned has no analytics, no tracking, no accounts, and no servers of ours. This website collects nothing either.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is processed by Apple. We receive no payment details.
