Adjourned reads the calendars on your iPhone or iPad. If your work calendar is not synced to the Calendar app (some corporate device policies prevent this), Adjourned cannot see it. Add those meetings manually with the plus button; everything works identically.
Some calendar systems do not share attendee lists with your device. Open the meeting in Adjourned and set the count yourself; your edit always wins.
Deciding is not doing. A meeting marked to end still costs its hours until it actually leaves your calendar, or you confirm you stopped attending. Resolve it from the Stack when the deed is done.
Estimates: your blended hourly rate, times attendees, times duration. Set the rate in Settings, or give one meeting its own rate from its detail screen. The figures exist to make time visible, not to bill anyone.
Swipe left on it and tap Not a Meeting, or exclude a whole calendar in Settings. Nothing is deleted, and both are reversible.
Try "How many hours am I in standing meetings in Adjourned", "Review my standing meetings in Adjourned", or "Open Program Sync in Adjourned" with any meeting's name. The same actions are in the Shortcuts app. Siri answers free; starting a review needs the unlock.
Siri, the widgets, and Spotlight read a summary Adjourned saves each time you open it, so they never touch your calendar in the background. If a meeting changed on your calendar, open Adjourned once and everything catches up.
Search for a standing meeting's name and tap it to open it in Adjourned. Meetings you exclude or mark as not a meeting leave Spotlight too.
Open History and tap the share button to save every review as a spreadsheet. Export is part of the unlock. Each row is one decision; the columns beginning with Current show the meeting as it is today, since reviews record your decision rather than the meeting's details at the time. A meeting that has ended shows its status with those columns left blank.
Adjourned runs on iPad with the stack and a meeting's detail side by side. Your decisions sync between iPhone and iPad through your private iCloud; each device reads its own calendar.
The unlock is tied to your Apple ID. On a new iPhone or iPad, open the review screen and tap Restore Purchase.
